This image would greatly benefit from levels/curves/color balance in PS. This image is a great example of needing to move a foot to your right. The melon bleeds off the screen on the right side, yet doesn't on the left. If you moved to your right, we'd see more of the interior of the left slice and less of the blue background. I would have shot it tighter and to lose most of the red/blue fabric.
