At the close of each episode of “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” host Robin Leach ended with that line. It was a show from the ‘80s that took a peek into how the upper crust lived their lives.
This picture is a nod to summering in a way that most people only dream about; from the coast of Monte Carlo to Fort Lauderdale, and on south to the islands, not a quaint little beach town, and certainly not Ocean City.
The main subject of the photo is a pair of ladies sunglasses with rhinestone detail and big frames, something that you could be sure Jackie O. would gravitate towards, if she were here today.
From the blues in this image, the blue sky to turquoise clothing that the glasses are sitting on, you can imagine that the water the boat in the sitting in is crystal clear. Oh, and it simply isn’t a “boat” back there, not sure where the line is drawn between motorboat/speedboat and yacht is, but we can be sure that it didn’t come cheap. Lots of great detail in the glasses, which is not a head on shot, they are sitting upright as the arms are straight out. The inside color of the arm is a red color that ads a little pop to the image, it is not distracting as it leads your eye to the boat, out of focus in the background.
I think the only thing that I would improve is to clean up some of the scratches on the lenses of the glasses, it breaks my fantasy of a posh lifestyle.
