It makes me imagine kids playing at daycare. They're having fun and sharing with each other. Some kids were using the same color at the same time so they just break it to share. Kids playing in the background excited for recess. The color definitely shows orange but the second one from the right looks a little more red but it could be from the shadow because the picture seems dark. I can see the somewhat rough texture of the broken crayon. Some light is reflecting on the crayon laying horizontally. There is a nice contrast between the hands and the crayons so it brings out the color. The touch of yellow in the background gives a compliment to the orange up close. The shadow under the hands frames the hand and crayons as the focus of the image.
