This reads windsock, not movement. Shoot at a lower shutter speed to capture the wind movement. Not so sure about the tree branch. It's really coming out of nowhere and it doesn't related to the windsock. Nothing is grounded.
I would call this piece Rainbow Wind. I would name it this because it is a rainbow color wind stock blowing in the wind; I am not one for very creative names. To me the story is simple it is about a child picking a wind stock out at a kite store. Hanging the wind stock in the back of their house on the pole and watching it in the warm summer sun swirl around from below in the warm summer breeze.
The framing of the photo works very well, I enjoy the tree and the whimsical clouds in the background. I can tell there is movement by the position of the windsock. The top of the windsock is beginning to extend out because of the breeze and the streamers have just been jolted and are following suit to be in the same direction as the top of the windsock in the same direction in the wind. It is only because of this mid jolt that the viewer can tell there is movement and the picture was captured with a fast shutter speed. To improve upon the movement portion the shutter speed could be slowed down and we would be able to see the blur of color a windsock creates as it rotates quickly in the wind. The background has a lot of nice puffy clouds with blue sky, which will hold the viewers eye as the static piece of the photo. The tree limb may have to be cropped out in this instance because the movement of both the tree and windsock would compete for the viewer’s eye and ruin the rainbow swirl illusion from the wind stock.
